Audi A5 2.0 TFSI Actuator Replacement

The Audi A5 is a great coupe and good all rounder, weather you are after a motorway cruiser or a track spec monster the A5 is available in many engine choices and spec levels to suit your needs! The 2.0 TFSI (TSI) engine found in this particular example, is a great powerplant with heaps of potential. Being shared among the Volkswagen and Audi performance models, the 2.0 TSI has proven itself time and time again to be incredibly reliable and tunable with plenty of aftermarket options available on the market! This A5 was having a bit of turbo trouble, the electronically controlled actuator was at fault, causing the functioning voltage ranges to be incorrect. With a new latest revision genuine turbo actuator fitted, we were then able to dial in the correct voltage range and carry out basic settings and adaption of the new actuator. This A5 is now boosting correctly once again!
